Need to create Hieararical DataGrid using ASP.Net Datagrid !!!

I have two tables one company table and the other products table ...

the main datagrid should show the details of the companies and it should
contain a button which on clicked will display another datagrid embedded in
the first datagrid which spans all the columns of the first datagrid ....

and i have to do this dynamically .....

can anyone help me regarding this .....

Thank you ken for ur reply ....

and i also need a role based display of datagrid columns like some users
based on roles should be restricted to view some columns of the datagrid and
also the rows displayed should also be according to the roles ....

if u know resource regarding this please let me know .....
