Server not respondingHi, got a very weird thing happening with a new HP server. Every week we
need to reboot it as it stops responding. It replies to pings, and you can log on locally (although all you see after entering username and password is a grey screen). Users typically can not log on to the domain in that site and a reboot cures the problem. Have looked through the event logs and absolutely clean. The server room is locked and two other servers are unaffected by this. Any ideas....? Hello,
Thank you for using newsgroup! I think there is a memory leak. You may use Memory Pool Monitor to track the problem software. How to Use Memory Pool Monitor (Poolmon.exe) to Troubleshoot Kernel Mode Memory Leaks http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;177415 Since tracking memory leak is complex, I recommend you to contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist you in resolving the issue in a more efficient manner.
