Transfer Win2000 all setting from Old PC to New PCHi All,
Could anyone tell me how to transfer Win2000 all setting from old PC to new PC? Thanks Tlee All Settings? Cloning the install would be the only way to do that.

You can not move users from Active directory in this way. You have build a new Domain controller in the same domain and after replication occurs, the seconad machine also has the information. But there are more steps needed if you will do it and you have really to read/learn more about Active Directory.
