Our Domain Controller is requesting certificates every minute to our old CA
(which isn't a CA anymore).

How can I determine what is causing these requests?

The requests are failing with the Message:
"Denied by policy module 0x80094800, The request for a cerificate template
that is not supported by the Certificate Services policy: Domain Controller."
