How can set Regional settings in rum-time mode?
For example How can set decimal separator to "." in VB.NET?

Perform a search for "CurrentCulture" in the .NET documentation
('CultureInfo.NumberFormat', 'NumberFormatInfo.NumberDecimalSeparator').
