If you are using a "setup" Project. Go to the "View" on the main menu then
"Editor" on the sub menu then select File System.  You should see the folders
Desktop and Start Menu.  Select one of them and you will see the Shortcut to
your application.  Highlight this then select properties.  You can change the
icon there.
