  I had made chat client and Server application in VB which works
properly in LAN.
But I like to chat with my client application through internet.
How I can make this possible?

It should work the same. The routers on both ends will need to have the
correct ports forwarded and the firewalls on both ends will have to be
configured to allow the program to access the internet.
