on a blank line above a procedure/function/declaration..anything, and the XML Comment Template does not appear. How?I can confirm that this worked and then stopped to work randomly. I tried various settings without success. Then I imported VB settings and it started to work in .vb files but only in Web projects. It still doesn't work with WinForms VB projects.
