Error Message

I have been running Visual Studio 2005 for a couple of weeks and now i
can not load any of my form i get an error saying:

The program '[3608] AMIS532-4-106.vshost.exe: Managed' has exited with
code -1073741819 (0xc0000005).

not really sure what to do .. . i did repairs on my .nets and now im
stuck any help would be great . . i even tried a system restore and
that made things worse so i had to roll back . . .

One More Thing: I can see the form if i do start without debugging but
if i debug thats when i get the error message . . . and my form1 will
not show

Did u search Microsoft site?, maybe they will have something...I had this
pop-up once, but disappear after. Never came back.. I did not do anything.
Maybe you can trying fixing or re-installing VS.NET, or even rollback your
machine to a point were it was working.

A worth while check might be to do virus check to see if there is a
problem...
