Any commercial C# to VB converter will have a free demo/trial edition
(including ours: Instant VB - www.instantvb.com).
There are various on-line C# to VB converters.  www.carlosag.com is by far
the best.  Be aware that there are numerous syntax issues that are not
handled by on-line converters:
