does anybody knows how to set manufacturer property when publishing a
project with visual basic express?

Hello:
I'm not familiar with visual basic express. I am not sure if you can
create setup files with visual basic express.
But, in visual studio.net, if you want any additional information to
include with the set-up project, like the manufacturer, author etc, you
could click on the Setup project and open it's properties.
