Urgent!! Could anybody give me ideas for including right-click
funtionalities- delete and rename.

Use a ContextMenuStrip control. Add the appropriate menu items and code the
functionality behind the buttons. If at first you don't succeed, RTFM (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms229677.aspx).
