Microsoft Access Tab Controls

Can anyone tell me how to change the background color on a tab control in
Microsoft Access 2003.  There is no "background color" property for the
control.

I'm pretty sure it can be done because on the Northwind datatbase there is
a form (called employees) that has a tab control on it.  The background
color on that control is different from the default color on mine when I
added the control to my form.

Thanks in advance.
