Download these free books (not as good as Francesco Balena, perhaps, but
free is free):

Dick,

I wanted to add this link to our website, but are you sure it is a free book
and not a question?

If I search for this book on MSDN, I get endless time references to forums,
but not the book.

Right.  I didn't mean to post that link (there was another that I found,
which I "thought" I had posted... I don't have any idea what it was, now,
though).
