I have a question, can I use the SQL Server 2000 with VB.net or assists
VB.net only SQL Server 2005

Yes, you can access Sql Server 2000 with VB.NET.

Yep, even the new one can still connect to Sql 2000, Sql 2005 is just
another connection option.
