Hellow,

I am a teacher, and trying to install a copy of visual studio .net that
received from my school. I insert CD1, klick setup, klick the only option
available ''siprerequites'', and than there is a message telling that there
is
another program needs to do reboot so I can install .net . I am rebooting,
but again the same thing.
There is no another program that I know that is running in my computer.

What can I do?

Its HP laptop, XP Home, SP2.

Please help.

Hello:

I've seen the same issue on my laptop too..Surpisingly, HP!

I found out what prerequisites are needed to install .NET and I have
downloaded them from the internet and downloaded one after another.

I have done this until I saw the install options for .NET on the CD1.

Hope it helps.
