Portable IDE for USB Drive

I often want to do some coding on my school's computers which don't
have any development software installed.  Has anyone seen an IDE app
that can be run from a USB device and that supports intellisense?  I
really only need it for class construction and such, not really for
form building etc.  Any suggestions?

if you are talking about vb .net IDE, I don't know any which does not say a
whose lot.

if you talking just some IDE not requiring install form open source. try
Google and see if you can find what you want.  who know maybe someone
already has and open source vb.net IDE
