Office 2007 controlsJust instaled the new Office 2007, and the new layout is really cool. Will
there be any upgrades to VS 2005 Pro that will include new controls whith a smilar look and feel as that you get in Office 2007? /A. In addition to the other comments. Historically: Office ships with new controls, subsequent versions of the OS inherits the controls, subsequent versions of the developers tools support the OS controls. In other words Office 2007 & Vista are shipping "now"; I would expect Vista+1 or Vista+2 to gain the controls in Office 2007; The VS that ships about when Vista+2 ships may gain said controls. -- Show quoteHide quoteHope this helps Jay B. Thanks for the link, I've seen a couple of the other Ribbon clones; I had not seen this one yet.
