Problems with web project

Using VS 2003... VS is having a hard time opening up web projects (times out
most of the time)... when and if it does finally ope them, it is adding a
strange file to the project... with a name like vs9847666665566665_tmp.htm.

Anyone know what is going on ? The only recent change I have made was
going to IE 7.0.

Could that be the problem ?

Hi,

I had to add localhost to the sites in local intranet in the
internet options security tab for vs 2003 to be able to debug a website.
