Its Urgent: I have export database into excel file if office not installed then it gives me errorOne of my client want to export data into excel file but he can not
installed office just installed excel and want to export file into ..xls format at that time he got error .... Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID{00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}failed due to the following error.80040154 i hope any one help me which ddl. require to avoid this error without installing whole office or is this possible to allow export without installing office. I THINK your problem is that the user does not have JET installed which you probably need as the Provider for the Excel connection. Go to the microsoft site and look for jet 4 Garry "Ryan S.
