Hello,

has anybody experiences in development with SAP and.NET,
especially the following :

a) VB.NET Application as RFC Client of SAP
b) VB.NET Application Server/Service as RFC Server for SAP ?

I have to build this both kind of application in 2007. Do I have
care of something and are there samples available in VB.NET
and C#.NET, which show the implementation in .NET and
the part in SAP ?

Please no answers for connectivity of SAP and .NET via
webservices. This isn't the prefered solution for the customer.

Hello Holger,

There's a dedicated website for SAP/.NET: http://www.microsoft-sap.com

You'll find most of the information you need on that website. It also
contains some samples (both in C# and VB.NET) on how to use the SAP
..NET Connector, which you'll need for your project:
