Does anyone have a recommendation (or non-recommendation) for 3rd
party VB6 upgrade programs?

I have no experience with it but Balena claims that he has the best tool

Those are the two tools recommended by Microsoft UK! The built-in
conversion wizard is rubbish IMHO.
