I got the message :
upgrade failed exception occurred could not load referenced component :
ms-comm32.ocx
richtxt32.ocx

What should I do in order fixing the problem?

Thanks :)

You must ensure that the VB6 project could be compiled in VB6 on the same
machine.

Been there, broken my head on that boulder.

Update your project specification, redesign your forms (complete with new
look) and rewrite your code from scratch. Less headaches that way, you get
to tap into new features that weren't there last time, and the user's love
the makeover. I've found this is the best way to implement new methods
instead of trying to fit a sqare peg into a round hole.

Who knows, with all the roadblocks you avoid, it might even be quicker to
build your next version by starting over in the new language.

Good luck...
