W2k inflected by new poly win32

hi all

one of our user's w2k inflected by "new poly win32" which detected by
mcafee, now that pc's I.E seems cant work properly, such as when open I.E, it
load for a long time or dont take any action, sometime can load the page, but
the mcafee detected some files inflected, how to clear this inflection ?

Since I cant find any suggestion from mcafee, please help!!

Did you read this?:

I suggest that you do as it instructs ... send copies of infected
files to Avert. They may then supply you with a special DAT and other
help with disinfection.
