Windows 2000 Pro backup and restore

Hi,

I am running a WIN2K Pro SP4 and my SCSI hard disk is making a lot of noise,
I decided to change it but want to replicate the same image of the existing
one, Please advice the best possible way, I need exact image as I have few
programs which do not have program disk to install.

Will the BACKUP program from Windows do the job?
