Drag & Drop files to CD

Can anyone tell me how to turn off Roxio CD burning (without uninstalling
it) and use Windows feature where you can drag and drop files to CD?

Windows 2000 doesn't do CD burning. You NEED Roxio if you want to burn CD's.
