Forest Security Question - Selective AuthenticationI have two forests and want to give permissions from users in forest A to
access resources (mapped drives in forest B). So i created the trust, but I selected "selective authentication" on the domain trust. How do I give users in forest A rights to access things in forest B? Thanks, - Gabe Go to Active Directory Users and Computers in the trusting domain and find
the servers/computers objects that you want them to access. In the security page of the server add the group from the trusted domain to the allowed to authenticate permission. The link below goes into more detail. --- Steve http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/library/Operations/9266b197-7fc9-4bd8-8864-4c119ceecc00.mspx Show quoteHide quote "Gabe Matteson" <gmatte***@inquery.biz.nospam> wrote in message news:O6DaUu1nFHA.576@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl... >I have two forests and want to give permissions from users in forest A to >access resources (mapped drives in forest B).
