How can I schedule Win2k shutdown automatically

Hi,

I have a shared computer which is running 24hrs per day, how can I schedule
an auto shutdown for this shared computer?

Use the Windows Task Scheduler to run psshutdown.exe
(www.sysinternals.com) at the required time.
