Repeated System Shutdown Message

Philip

Every 20 minutes or so regardless of program working in I get a System
Shutdown Message: Shutdown NTAuthority/System and the below "The System
process C:\Windows32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code
107374819."
I am told to close out any programs and save files which I can do but a
timer comes up giving me about 60 seconds to get things taken care of. Any
help would be very much appreciated
