Will uninstallation of Exchange server affect the SQL sever in SBS

Dear all,

I got Small Business server installed with Exchange server and
SQL sever
.. Now my SQL server have some database on it and some application
running with
SQL server. Now I want to remove the Exchange server, but I am afraid
that uninstall of the Exchange Server will affect the SQL server and
the application. Please suggest any safe method that will not affect
the SQL server. Is that uninstallation of exchange sever will not
affect the SQL server?

exchange uninstalltion wil not/should not affect SQL.
but 2b@ safer side.take a db backup..and start exchange uninstallation
