Slow windows explorer browsing with Win2000 ProI am looking for a resolution to a slow windows browsing issue when an user
attempts to browse to a file on a shared folder from within an application. The user has Win2000Pro SP4, he is browsing to a Win2000 NAS in an NT4 domain. The problem becomes a major issue when he has Outlook 2000 open and is trying to attach a file to an email message. It can take up to 2 minutes for the windows explorer browsing function to allow him to access the folder on the network share and he has full rights to that folder.

I have the latest patches on
the PC and am not experiencing issues with XP Pro desktops or NT4 desktops on the same subnet.
