Screen with stripesRecently I have had a problem at boot up. The bout up proceeds OK to Log in
and after Login the screen appears with many different size vertcal stripes of different colors and widths. I have never seen it on a computer before. The screen is frozen, CTRL,ALT,DEL does nothing, I have to turn off manually, boot up in safe mode, then restart and it will usually boot normally. Any ideas as to cause?? It's an indicator that the graphics card is on the road to complete failure.
