Windows 2000 Server Administrator Password

I recently had to repair a Windows 2000 server using the CD. After repairing
the server it then restarted and proceeded to the login screen. Unfortunately
it will not recognise any Administrator password that the company has been
using in my time here or in any other persons memory.

The server is starting up fine and shows no error messages.

No other User names and passwords seem to apply to the system either.

Probably the password is that one in which the first system administrator
used it to install the operating system before.

You could use this web page
http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administrator_password.htm or another third
party software to try to help you to restore this first password.
