Secondary DNS to Primary

Hi!

How can I change my Primary DNS to Secondary DNS and vise versa? What I am
trying to do is I will be removing my Windows 2000 server with Primary DNS
service and I wanted to transfer the role to my secondary DNS. Need response
as soon as possible.
