See tip 9541 » How do I log a user off the console (desktop) after a period of inactivity?
in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

For shutdown, replace
%SystemRoot%\System32\logoff.exe
with
C:\Folder\psshutdown.exe -k
or similar. See tip 4086 » PsShutdown command-line freeware works on both the local and remote computers.
