QUERY: WinXP Wireless Network Connection tool for Win2000... woes :S

Am wondering whether Microsoft Windows 2000 developers can program that
"Wireless Network Connection" tool for the Control Panel Network Connections
in Windows 2000, just like the one in Windows XP.

Because currently my wireless card is detected and treated like a normal LAN
network card. So I can't browse or detect wireless networks.

If this implementation is not possible, are there wireless network browsers
for Windows 2000 that I can use and then be able to use to connect to those
networks?

Windows 2000 has been discontinued!  No new development is planned.

The Windows 2000 operating system is at end-of-life, no new development is
planned for it; and in any case you'd need to transplant the entire WZC
service to do what you want, not just the connection software.

I would suggest looking into a better wireless card, since in Windows 2000
it controls what you can see when you browse for and configure networks.
