Are Windows 2000 Pro. and XP Pro. roaming profiles 100% compatible?

In other words, if I have a user who logs into both W2K and XP desktops, and
has roaming profiles set at the server, will the settings work identically
at each client? Or will there bey a problem

You will likely have problems. Profiles aren't compatible/identical between
OS versions...some stuff may work, some won't. I would either get everyone
on WinXP Pro or advise users not to roam between different OS versions.
