Service Pack 4 slipstream question

I would like to make a boot cd with service pack 4 in it . I have followed
the instructions found on the web and had no problem until I went to
intergrate service pack 4 into my saved copy of the W2K folder . The process
calls for an update.exe command line written into start > run , the problem
is that a message came up saying that the file i386 update.exe has been
removed . I checked through the SP4 i386 folder and there is no update.exe
file . I have searched for the i386\update.exe file on the net but can't
find it . I see that there was a security problem with this file , so maybe
it is removed by MS on purpose after downloading the service pack .If anyone
else has been able to fix this problem and slipstream service pack 4 then
any suggestions would be really appreciated .
Thanks
Jack
