XP Mandatory profile creation in a Win2k domain

Can anyone help please. I run a windows 2000 domain with XP Pro as the
client. I need to create a mandatory profile for my staff. I can find no
literature on how to do this as most tutorials are geared towards Win2k as
the client. If anyone can help that would be great.
