message. Trying to find out root cause. Content of msg " Your password must
be at least 0 characters, cannot repeat any of your previous 0 passwords and
must be at least 0 days old. Please type a different password. Type a
password which meets these requirements in both text boxes." Why "0"'s in the
message ?

This is a Windows 2000 newsgroup not Windows 2003. You'd be better off
asking your question in the correct newsgroup
