Win2K3 critical updates?

Please direct me to a more appropriate group if one exists.

We are installing a Win2K3 standard server and before we put it on the
network we want it patched for all vulnerabilities.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx

displays 54 secuity bulletins but does not specify in the summaries
shown if there are actual patches avaialable. Is there some means of
getting all Win2K3 critical updates installed off-line? We did see
elsewhere an SP1 RFC2 but this is a production server and we don't want
any BETA stuff on it.

Thanks
Steve
