Problem installing W2003 SP1

I'm having a problem installing W2003 SP1 on our Terminal Servers, the
update fails with an "access denied" error and rolls back.

This is probably because of some of the locking down of the servers we've
done. I need to find out exactly what the upgrade process is doing when it
fails and what it's being denied access to.

Does anyone know if the W2003 SP1 install writes a log file anywhere while
it's running?

Sorry if this is the wrong group to ask in, but I couldn't find any Windows
2003 groups.

Thanks

Thanks, found the problem, it was the "Run" key in the registry  :)
