add language to windows

hi

I had farsi and arabic languages on my computer (from regional options)
and I uninstalled some program from add/remove program but now this langs
dont work even on my IE arabic windows do't work and either uni code !!!

I go to regional options but this langs aren't in regional options too!!!!!!!

- Click Start / Help / Search tab
- Type Arabic {OK}
- Double-click "Writing documents in other languages", then follow the
hints.
