I was working on Win2k SBS in Ibm xSeries. The server has 4 SCSI HDD
and configured as RAID-5. Currently there’s one HDD with orange
indicator that showed the hdd is already defunct (almost one month).
Suddenly, yesterday afternoon, there’s blue screen in my server with
this message "STOP: 0x0000007B (0,8206C4F0, 0x50000032, 0x0, 0x0)"
Inaccessible_Boot_Device

I tried to use the recovery console and to reinstall winddows again
but failed (no hdd found). Please help me how to solve this problem.
There’re a lot of data in the server that need to be restore.

Thank’s again.

To start the recovery console or start a new install you'll want to boot the
Windows 2000 setup disks or CD-Rom. Then *F6* very early and very important
(at setup is inspecting your system) in the setup to prevent drive
controller detection, and select S to specify additional drivers. Then later
you'll be prompted to insert the manufacturer supplied Windows 2000 driver
for your raid controller in drive "A"
