Kerio PF blocks Wordpad since most recent WU

Yesterday I got the large update at Windows Update. Today I opened Wordpad
and my Kerio firewall interceded, saying that the application ("Wordpad
MFC") had been modified since it was last opened, and that "usually" that
indicated the presence of a virus. I let the firewall deny Wordpad from
opening up, at least for now.

I then did a complete scan with Avast, and for good measure Spybot S&D, but
nothing turned up.

Did anything in the most recent Windows Update modify Wordpad? Or is there
something to worry about here?

I'd guess maybe this is what it's all about:
