I'm having problems with a PC (Windows 2000sp4, up-to-date with patches) that
will not shut off.  It reboots when I select shutdown or shutdown and power
off.  I looked at the event viewer and found a bugcheck (0x0000009F).  It's
generating small dump files.  I ran the dump files through the windg utility
and it identified "Ntkrnlmp.exe" as the problem child.  What's my next step?
(p.s.  This does not involve Quicken.)
