HI:  I just did an update on an OLD laptop running 2000Pro (79 updates
installed) and I need to know if I can delete the blue uninstall files in
C:\WINDOWS?  I only have a 4 gig HD and these files take up about 400MB of
that!  Also if I do delete them, will they disappear from the add/remove
programs list?  I'm pretty sure I dont want to go thru and uninstall them all
from add/remove programs...I'm amazed they all installed in the first place!
and this dinosaur seems to be running fine after the updates...Help!  Thanks

Hello MadCowMoo,

If everything is working as expected and you are sure that you don't have
to uninstall a patch, yes. Or burn them to disk and if you have to uninstall
one you can copy it back. The only folder you should keep is the $hfmig$.

Best regards
