RE: Unlocking Locked Computer

I could  not read any response to my question.

I am using a PC with Win2000 SP4 and I have caused a problem that has locked
me out of
the PC. I seem to have acrtivated a RAS setting, that requires me to login
with a dialup connection, in order for my password to be accepted. This is a
home computer, and there is no network as such. I have broadband. How can I
bypass, to change the setting?

Because that is the message shown with login. There is a little square with a
check in it and it says require to login with a dialup connection. the square
is greyed; I cannot uncheck it. It then immediately goes to the dialup
dialogue after I enter my password. RAS.
